Rapid Machining :

3D Magic offers an extensive range of VMC services in metals & plastics from its facility. With a range of machines, from Huron to Pinnacle, of bed size upto 3mtr, our centre has been set up to meet the increasing demand for a speedy delivery.

Whether you need just a single component or a number of machined parts we can help. Our VMC service offers outstanding quality parts in metals or plastics.

We can cut from a wide range of materials, including various grades of aluminium, brass, stainless steel, ABS, MS to name but a few.

Metal Pressing

If you need series production or low volume, quality pressed parts at less time period then you need to contact 3D Magic. Our metal pressing service is fully equipped to deliver parts quickly. You'll be astounded at the quality we can achieve at this short period of time!

What's more our press capacity of upto 300 Tons means we can support the most demanding of projects. And the range of metals and thicknesses to choose from 3D Magic is able to offer clients anything from just a few parts to thousands of them.

We offer a comprehensive service. From punching, stamping, drilling, insert pinning and embossing right through to surface finishing.

3D Printing :

The 3D printing process is ideal for clients who are looking for parts to be produced from their CAD data. 3D Magic produces 3D Printed parts on a 3D Printer with a build size of up to 1250 mm x 600 mm x 550 mm.

Fine Detailed 3D printing :

From small caps and enclosures, through to movie characters and small consumer components with brush type features, this innovative machine can build 3D components with exceptionally fine detail.

Paint Finishing and Texturing :

With an in-house Paint shop 3D Magic operates a full finishing, painting and texturing service, enabling realistic prototypes to be tailored to your exact requirements.

Skilled pattern makers and model makers :

We have a special team of skilled pattern makers and model makers who undertake all finishing, painting and texturing services in-house, ensuring 3D Magic's demanding quality standards are upheld and delivery schedules maintained.
