3D Magic Offers State-of-the-art Concept / CAS /Class A/ CAE / CAM infrastructure for styling, 3D modelling, NC tool path generation and FEA analysis to accelerate response time in developing new products & assemblies.
TOOL & DIE MANUFACTURING
An in-house facility for making proto or production tools that makes parts in sheet metal and plastic which follows world class design standards, and is certified by CMM & scanners. High speed milling machines are directly connected through a fiber optic network to the engineering centre for real time data transfer.

We have white light & Blue light scanners for all measurement tasks like inspection, point cloud-to-CAD comparison,rapid prototyping, reverse engineering.
HYDRAULIC PRESS AND WELDING SHOP
3D Magic is equipped with several press machines, ranging from 60 tons to 300 tons, manual and automated sheet cutting equipment's and welding equipment's to make BIW assemblies. We can provide limited volume prototype supply to even assisting initial demands of production. Fixture required for the assembly welding is also designed and manufactured by us.
RIM , RTM & LRTM MOLDING
3D Magic is equipped to to make various categories of RIM Molds ( Aluminium , Composite ) . We also undertake work for making RTM & LRTM molds and limited volume production.
FRP & VACCUM FORMING MOLD
3D Magic is equipped to make various categories and sizes of of FRP patterns & molds . We also undertake work for making vacuum forming molds in aluminium and composite and limited volume production of parts.
3D PRINTER
The 3D printing process is ideal for clients who are looking for small parts to be produced from their CAD data. From small caps and enclosures, through to movie characters and small consumer components with brush type features, this innovative machine can build 3D components with exceptionally fine detail. 3D Magic produces 3D Printed parts on a 3D Printer with a build size of up to 1250 mm x 600 mm x 550 mm..
CO-ORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE (CMM)
Traditional Quality inspection technique using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which measures in contact with the object (Probing) CMM are great for capturing prismatic features. Our portable CMM provides all benefits of traditional CMM’s with added flexibility as they are light weight & can be ported anywhere to measure.
